Hazrat's writing in verse

Hazrat's writing capabilities included a proficiency in the art of poetry. Most of his writings in verse are in the Persian and the Punjabi languages, with a few poems and couplets written in Urdu to lend variety. His poetic writings, not very numerous in any case, consist largely of "Naat" (Eulogy of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H)), Munajaat (supplication to Allah), and topics bearing upon Tasawwuf (mysticism). Their style is simple and plain, and their content primarily spiritual.
